Hi my name is Janie Medrano and I am the owner of the Wholistic Healing Center in beautiful downtown Castle Rock, Colorado.
My story begins back in 2005 when I was introduced to Colon Hydrotherapy. I was visiting some girlfriends in Orange County, CA. and before we were all going to go out for the evening, one of my friends said “lets go get colonics” Nieve me said, “What? Why can’t we just go get our nails done?" I had the typical, initial reaction that most people have when they first hear about colonics, and thought to myself, “EWWW, I don’t want anything up MY butt”, even though I was suffering from years of constipation, hemorrhoids, and adult acne. I was drinking an entire bottle of Magnesium Citrate once a week just to have a bowel movement once a week. I was ALMOST going to settle with these conditions until that day when I got a colonic instead of a manicure.
When I had my first colonic, I was amazed to see what came out of me and it just kept coming. Afterwards, I felt like a new person and was told I needed to continue because I had a lot of built up debris inside my colon. As soon as I returned to Colorado, I began researching colon hydrotherapy and found there were few who ventured in that business. “Hmm, I wonder why”, I thought. I found the Wholisitic Healing Center in Castle Rock, CO and was informed after only 6 colonics that they were closing their doors.
I went from having a bowel movement just once every 7 days to having 2-3 in one day and it changed my life. My face cleared up, my hemorrhoids were no longer inflamed, and I wasn't straining on the toilet anymore. I wasn't tired, bitchy or constipated. I was convinced I needed colon hydrotherapy for myself AND I wanted to tell everyone how important colonics were for optimal health.
So, I bought the business, went to school and graduated in 2006. Today, I'm running a successful colonic business and helping others to receive the benefits of colon cleansing.
. My interest and education in health and colon hydrotherapy has grown along with my business. I enjoy seeing my clients heal their bodies the same way I did.
